Description

Are you a passionate, mission-driven mental health clinician who thrives in fast-paced, community-based work? Youth ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) is an innovative program within our Crisis Services Department, and we're looking for a skilled Clinicians to join our dynamic, mission-driven team.

As a Youth ACT Clinician, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of youth and their families. You'll provide compassionate, high-quality assessment and treatment that meets each child and family exactly where they are-clinically, emotionally, and within their unique family system. Every intervention is personalized, strength-focused, and rooted in evidence-based practices to ensure meaningful, lasting impact for the youth and caregivers we serve.

What You'll Do:

• Provide home- and community-based assessment, treatment planning, individual & family therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Deliver highly individualized, evidence-based interventions tailored to the complex needs of each child and family.

• Collaborate closely with a supportive team to respond rapidly and adjust care as needs evolve.

• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation.

• Rotate in the team's 24/7 on-call, over the phone crisis intervention coverage to ensure continuous care for enrolled clients.

Salary: $67,000/yearly

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Candidates who are passionate about clinical work and motivated to help youth succeed in real-world environments.

• Individuals who are licensed or license eligible in New York State (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD. MSW-LP, MHC-LP ).

• Experienced in child, adolescent, and family therapy, including mental health crisis intervention.

• People who can adapt quickly, think creatively, and respond compassionately in moments of crisis.

• Individuals with valid New York State driver's licenses meeting agency standards.

• Due to meeting with families in their home, must be able to navigate environments that may not comply with ADA standards, including climbing and descending stairs without assistance.
