Studio Manager BODY20 is currently seeking a top‑tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. Demonstrates leadership by providing ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches. Responsible for achieving top‑tier studio performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance. Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all corporate webinars. Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within budget. Host weekly staff meetings and 1‑on‑1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach. Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly. Promote the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaigns. Ensure the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound. Qualifications 1–2 years of customer service experience with proven results. 1–2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry. Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year. #J-18808-Ljbffr BODY20 Lake Oswego
