Service Desk Analyst I (M - F 9:30am to 6pm EST)

As a Service Desk Analyst , you'll be the first point of contact for customers who need technical help. You'll troubleshoot everyday technology issues, solve problems, and gain hands-on experience with widely used technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and helping people.

What You'll Do

* Provide friendly, professional technical support by phone, ticket, and remote session * Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and account-access issues * Support technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and macOS * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly and accurately * Keep customers informed throughout the support process * Partner with senior technicians and engineers when issues require additional expertise * Learn new technologies while building valuable real-world IT experience

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is curious, dependable, customer-focused, and excited to grow in IT. You should have:

* Strong customer service and communication skills * A natural ability to troubleshoot and solve problems * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment * Strong organization and attention to detail * An interest in technology and a willingness to learn

Education & Experience

Candidates should have one of the following:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field * Associate degree plus 1 year of relevant experience * 2 years of professional service desk or technical support experience

CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications are a plus. CompTIA A+ must be obtained within six months of employment.
