Compensation: Starting at $16.590 with opportunity for monthly commission and bonus
Position Summary
Imperial Valley GM is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales department, you’ll help customers navigate the car-buying process and ensure they have a positive, memorable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is energetic, driven, and excited about helping others while earning a rewarding income.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the dealership and assess their vehicle needs
- Present GM vehicles and features in a knowledgeable, engaging way
- Conduct test drives and explain financing and warranty options
- Work with the sales team to reach and exceed monthly sales goals
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Energetic, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and sales systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
