Role Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media & Growth)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across platforms, with an opportunity to evolve into a key marketing leadership role as we grow. Position Overview Focus: Paid Social + Search | Instagram, Google, TikTok, Pinterest Location: Hybrid preferred (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex) / Remote (U.S. based) Type: Contract (3 days/week) | Opportunity to convert to full-time PTO: Automatic PTO requests About Us We’re an early-stage subscription startup reinventing how people plan meals, stay active, and find balance. Operating with startup discipline and proven marketing rigor. We’re now investing in building our paid media engine to scale sustainably. As we build traction with customers and investors, we’re looking for a paid media expert who can not only drive acquisition, but also support strategic storytelling through marketing metrics, traction narratives, and performance insights. What You’ll Do Lead and scale campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google Search/Display, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn Use Google Tag Manager and platform pixels to ensure tracking and attribution accuracy Run creative and copy A/B testing to optimize ROAS, CPA, LTV Build audience segments, retargeting pools, and lookalike models Collaborate with content/design teams to create compelling, scroll-stopping assets Provide weekly campaign reporting with insights tied to growth milestones Partner with founders to surface traction metrics for investor conversations, pitch decks, and due diligence Offer strategic input during fundraising cycles: growth metrics, CAC/LTV insights, paid vs. organic mix Ideal Candidate 5+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in VC-funded, DTC startups Experience managing $10K+/mo in paid media budgets Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads Hands-on experience with attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and CAC/LTV reporting Comfortable owning GTM, pixels, UTMs, and conversion funnel diagnostics A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strategic mindset: You think like a growth marketer and can elevate conversations around retention, CAC, and LTV Schedule & Perks 3-days/week (contract) — flexible hours, choose your rhythm Hybrid preferred in Dallas–Fort Worth; fully remote welcomed Auto-approved PTO — work hard, live well (dog sick days included) Fast path to full-time, based on performance and growth Close collaboration with founders, shaping strategy and brand direction from day one Bonus If You Have… Helped scale growth in bootstrapped or VC-backed startups Created performance dashboards or contributed to investor-ready growth metrics Worked in CPG, wellness, food, or lifestyle brands Have hands-on experience with UGC campaigns, influencer marketing, or brand loyalty tools How to Apply Please email us: Your resume Intro of what makes you unique | A short story about your proudest campaign or strongest win Your strongest paid ad platform achievement, end-to-end project you led Why this flexible role excites you or Click the Apply Now button and submit the details. #J-18808-Ljbffr Easycook
