Our partner is looking for a Director of Distribution & Sales Operations, Individual Dental based in the United States. This senior leadership role will drive growth, market expansion, and sales performance across an Individual Dental business. You will shape distribution strategy across brokers, strategic partners, digital channels, direct-to-consumer sales, and call center operations. The role combines commercial strategy with hands-on operational leadership, performance management, and organizational development. You will build strong external partnerships while creating scalable processes that improve acquisition, retention, and profitability. Working across a matrixed organization, you will influence product, marketing, finance, technology, compliance, and operations priorities.
