Coastline Wellness is seeking a skilled and personable Medical Assistant with certification to join our fast-paced, patient-focused outpatient clinic specializing in integrative medicine and mental health. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a calm, spa-like environment while maintaining high standards of patient care, clinic cleanliness, professionalism, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients from the lobby, obtain vitals, medications, subjective chart note preparation for appointment.
• Confirm office consent for appropriate appointment are completed. 
• Confirm annual/current labs uploaded to chart. 
• Assist providers by preparing clean, organized patient rooms and offering support during visits
• Upload and attach lab results to patient charts daily within EMR systems
• Prepare and organize lab orders for upcoming appointments
• Maintain back-office organization, stocking, and cleanliness
• Clean and disinfect patient care areas and chairs after each visit according to protocols
• Clean, soak, rinse, sterilize instruments using autoclave and perform routine autoclave maintenance
• Monitor inventory and report supply needs in designated areas
• Performance reveiws at six months and annually

Required Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical assisting
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
• Experience with EMR systems and patient record management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities

Hours

• Monday - Thursday 8:45 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM
• Friday TBD: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM
