Senior Recruiter (Temporary)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis in Melville, NY. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of professional, administrative, operational, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives.

Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning objectives.

Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

Coordinate candidate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract passive and active talent.

Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.

Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiation processes.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting for professional, administrative, corporate, operations, or specialized positions.

Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking techniques.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience working in a staffing, agency, or corporate recruiting environment.

Ability to quickly build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.

Experience recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
