NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Oshkosh WI

Neurocrine Biosciences

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an Account Specialist for the Oshkosh, Wisconsin territory to drive product adoption and growth through strategic account management and physician education. The role involves managing relationships across healthcare providers, clinical staff, and payers while executing sales strategies and maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Responsibilities

Execute territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual engagement to meet sales objectives
Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, nurses, and clinical staff
Identify territory-specific barriers and opportunities to drive product acceptance
Partner cross-functionally with managed care, marketing, and medical science liaison teams
Manage promotional resources and budgets while upholding compliance and ethical standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science or related field plus 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience
3+ years specialty pharmaceutical, long-term care, psychology, or neurology sales experience
Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic drug experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, or similar business intelligence platforms
Valid driver's license with clean driving record for frequent territory travel
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and FDA guidelines
