Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Hybrid schedule with one work-from-home day per week. Relocation assistance is not available.
Note: Candidates must have at least 3 years of civil litigation defense paralegal experience. Experience supporting litigation in a law firm environment is required.

Job Description
- Support attorneys through all phases of complex civil litigation from case inception through trial.
- Manage discovery, document review, and document productions.
- Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
- Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files.
- Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other legal research tools.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, legal research, and brief organization.
- Maintain litigation calendars and monitor critical court deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and litigation vendors.
- Organize case files and provide proactive litigation support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation defense paralegal experience.
- Experience supporting litigation in a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
