Forklift / Lift Driver

Pay Rate: $18.00

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: As needed until 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays from 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Forklift / Lift Driver to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, moving materials throughout the warehouse, and maintaining organized inventory. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to assist with a variety of warehouse functions as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and wrap machine.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Put away and retrieve materials from warehouse racking.
• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Lift and manipulate materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and cross-train in other department functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report time accurately and maintain excellent attendance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift, move, and manipulate up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Basic ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow directions and multitask.
• Reliable attendance and professional workplace behavior.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
