Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with customers, and developing practical marketing and sales skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing promotional marketing initiatives. Engage directly with customers and prospective customers. Communicate information about products, services, and promotions. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Participate in community outreach and promotional events. Follow up with leads and customers as directed by the team. Assist with organizing promotional materials and campaign resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Share customer feedback and observations with team members. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Customer-focused and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Self-motivated and dependable. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
