Job Details Job Location: Mattawan, MI 49071 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Apprenticeship / Trade School Travel Percentage: None Job Category: Skilled Labor - Trades Wire EDM Operator(s) are responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Wire EDM equipment to produce precision tooling components. Works closely with Mold Makers to develop effective fixturing and machining approaches while ensuring dimensional accuracy, equipment performance, and safe work practices. Program Wire EDM machine controls. Program with off-ling CAM software. Design and discuss with mold makers, insert bars and fixturing for machine effectiveness. Check & measure work performed. Monitor equipment maintenance. Safety and housekeeping. Perform other related duties as assigned.
