We’re working with a high-growth AI business that is expanding into a brand-new market and needs a sharp, hands-on growth marketer to build the engine.

This is a rare chance to step into a founding role, own the full programmatic function, and shape the channel strategy, messaging, and conversion approach from the ground up.

The Role

You’ll own the full programmatic growth function for a new market, with a clear focus on generating qualified pipeline and revenue.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deep in the ad accounts, but also thinking strategically about where the next dollar should go. You’ll define the channel mix, build the offers, test messaging, and create the conversion paths that drive performance.

You’ll be expected to move fast, test hard, and use AI tools, Clay, automation, and a lean stack to create leverage.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the full programmatic growth function
• Manage paid social, paid search, programmatic, and third-party media
• Run a meaningful acquisition budget
• Build feedback loops between ad data, CRM outcomes, and revenue
• Create the marketing engine for a new market segment
• Track pipeline, CAC, and revenue performance
• Partner closely with sales on commercial goals
• Use automation and AI to move fast and stay lean

Essential Skills

• 2+ years in growth marketing or demand generation
• Strong paid social and paid search experience
• Proven impact on pipeline, CAC, payback, or LTV:CAC
• Startup experience
• Hands-on experience in ad accounts
• Strong with automation, CRM workflows, and AI tools
• Degree from a Top 20 school
