We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our event sales initiatives by supporting the coordination and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and event management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate and support all phases of the event sales cycle from lead generation to event execution.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and event agreements to prospective clients.

Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales coordination, event planning, or related customer-facing roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
