Associate Director, Marketing
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Marketing to develop and execute NPP marketing strategies for RASONQUE and other oncology launches. This role reports to the Executive Director of Marketing for Pancreatic Cancer and collaborates with commercial, clinical, and market access teams to drive brand strategy and launch readiness.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and promotional plans for RASONQUE and pipeline launches aligned with brand strategy
- Create customer-facing content and promotional materials for HCPs, patients, KOLs, and market access stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workstreams to support launch readiness and execution
- Partner with Analytics & Insights to measure marketing effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments
- Manage agency relationships, workflows, and marketing budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years progressive commercial experience
- Strategic marketing and omnichannel marketing experience in biotech or pharma
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence across organizational levels
- Deep understanding of oncology healthcare customers and market dynamics
- Experience managing external agency relationships and marketing budgets
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
