Sales Director/Försäljningsdirektör

Försäljningsdirektör Lindab Profil AB söker en Försäljningsdirektör för den svenska marknaden. Rollen innebär kommersiell ansvarighet, ledarskap och strategisk utveckling med fokus på hållbar lönsam tillväxt. Med fullt P/L-ansvar leder du en verksamhet med cirka 60 medarbetare, varav 5 är direktrapporterande. Du rapporterar till VD och är en central medlem i ledningsgruppen. Ansvarsområden Utforma och genomföra kommersiella strategier för den svenska verksamheten, inklusive försäljningsplaner och prognosarbete. Leda, utveckla och coacha organisationen samt säkerställa rätt kompetens och organisatorisk struktur. Driva tillväxt och lönsamhet genom tydlig kommersiell styrning. Driva utveckling av verksamheten genom ständiga förbättringar av strukturer, processer och arbetssätt. Säkerställa ett nära och effektivt samarbete med andra funktioner. Etablera och vidareutveckla relationer med kunder samt representera bolaget externt. Profil Relevant universitetsexamen med teknisk eller ekonomisk inriktning. Gedigen erfarenhet av kommersiellt ledarskap med ansvar för försäljning, gärna inom liknande bransch. Bevis på att skapa konkreta resultat genom effektiv implementering av affärsplan och strategi samt förmåga att prioritera i komplexa miljöer. Bred affärs- och verksamhetsförståelse samt förmåga att driva samarbeten över organisatoriska gränser. Erfarenhet av att leda genom andra chefer och utveckla högpresterande team. Stark affärsförståelse och erfarenhet av att arbeta inom en större koncern med komplex organisationsstruktur. God analytisk förmåga och trygg i datadrivet beslutsfattande. Primära ledaregenskaper Tydlig, kommunikativ och relationsskapande ledare. Målmedveten, handlingskraftig och resultatorienterad. Förmåga att prioritera och navigera i komplexa organisationer. Prestigelös och samarbetsinriktad med hög social kompetens. Engagerad i att skapa kundvärde och långsiktiga affärer.
