Sky Mart is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our Account Services team, drive operational excellence, and create outstanding customer experiences that directly impact business success.

What You'll Do

? Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Services professionals both in the US and South America

? Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management, and performance analytics

? Identify opportunities to improve customer service, order processing, and operational efficiency

? Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Technical Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction

? Manage customer escalations and implement solutions that strengthen long-term relationships

? Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements and performance monitoring

What You'll Bring

? 3+ years of leadership or people management experience

? 5+ years of customer service, account services, sales support, or related experience

? Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics

? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development abilities

? Bilingual English/Spanish required.

? Aerospace, aviation, distribution, or other regulated industry experience highly preferred
