Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Allendale that are seeking Six Sigma Black Belts. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations in manufacturing processes.
• Drive the adoption of Lean principles and continuous improvement culture across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to implement sustainable process changes.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build internal capability and promote a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (CSSBB) with a minimum of 3 years' experience leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process optimization and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and mentor Green Belts/Yellow Belts in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA).
• Track record of delivering significant cost savings, efficiency improvements, and quality enhancements through Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning applications in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and their practical application.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
