As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll lead clinical care for your caseload - designing individualized treatment plans, supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers, and partnering directly with families to drive real progress. Clinical decisions are guided by what’s best for the client, not red tape. This role is designed for professionals who have earned their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

What We’re Offering:  

$5,000 Sign-on bonus available!

• Potential Annual Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography 
• Bonus: $5,000 Sign-on bonus + our attainable monthly bonus can put up to an additional $21,600/year in your pocket - we’ll show you how in your first interview.
• Hybrid Flexibility: Build a schedule around a mix of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision and telehealth, including up to 50% remote work for your in-home cases. Monday–Friday, no required Saturdays - you’re in control.
• Manageable Caseloads: Every caseload is built using our Caseload Summary Tool - balancing therapy hours, supervision needs, and time-of-day scheduling before it ever lands on your plate.
• 60+ Hours of Onboarding + Ongoing Clinical Support: Comprehensive training in your first 4 weeks (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, CPT codes, telehealth assessments), plus monthly CEUs, an annual in-house research conference, and weekly office hours with our Clinical Development team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.

• Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs — continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential.

• Embrace Challenges with Grace: Stay calm and professional in challenging situations, adapt with flexibility, and continuously seek opportunities for growth.

• Lead with Initiative and Openness: Proactively communicate, take initiative, and welcome learning to create a safe environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:  

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 

• Please note that this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for
