Project Coordinator - Roofing & Home Improvement

Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 per year (Salary) Industry: Roofing & Home Improvement About the Role Velaz Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing roofing and home improvement operations. This individual will play a key role in coordinating projects, communicating with customers, managing schedules, and ensuring projects move efficiently from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience in the home improvement industry and understands the workflow involved in roofing, siding, gutters, and window replacement projects. Responsibilities Coordinate roofing and home improvement projects from initiation through completion. Communicate with homeowners, crews, suppliers, and management regarding project status. Schedule inspections, permits, materials, and project timelines. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Assist with permit applications and compliance requirements. Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in roofing, home improvement, construction coordination, or a related field. Experience with roofing projects is required. Knowledge of siding, windows, and gutter projects is highly preferred. Experience handling permits and municipal requirements is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in, Google Workspace, and project management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Familiarity with residential home improvement operations.
