About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to join their dynamic team. The CCO will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the SaaS field, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and overall experience. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs in building high-growth businesses. The successful candidate will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will be expected to take full responsibility for their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills in English, who is willing to commit to a fully customized program for personal and professional growth. The CCO will work closely with a network of over 50,000 professionals for team building, and will receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of leading a startup to success and is ready to take on the challenge of scaling a business to a multi-million euro level.
