Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.As an Executive Recruiter, you won't just fill positions—you'll directly shape Robinhood's trajectory by attracting, engaging, and landing the visionary leaders who build our business! You will lead high-impact executive searches across a range of functions, partnering closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into thoughtful talent strategies. You will also build long-term relationships with executive talent, develop market intelligence, and create pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and future leadership and succession priorities. This is an opportunity to help evolve Robinhood's executive recruiting capabilities, introduce scalable and innovative practices, and directly influence the strength of our leadership team.This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
