Human Resources Generalist / People & Organization Generalist Schedule: In-office / On-site position Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Compensation: base salary range $75,000 to $85,000 (commensurate with experience); discretionary performance bonus potential; comprehensive employee benefits Summary – Human Resources Generalist / People & Organization Generalist: Detail-oriented & proactive Human Resources (HR) Generalist / People & Organization Generalist will support the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources programs/processes across entire employee lifecycle. This important role is based in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and requires a regular in-office presence to partner closely with employees / leaders / shared-services teams / etc. Human Resources (HR) Generalist / People & Organization Generalist will support onboarding, HR operations and compliance, talent acquisition, and employee programs & initiatives. The role serves as a key operational resource responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting workforce reporting, coordinating talent processes, and delivering high-quality employee experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities – Human Resources Generalist / People & Organization Generalist: Manage onboarding & offboarding process for employees (documentation, internal notifications, system updates, and partnership with relevant stakeholders, etc.) Acts as key point of contact for new hires, helping deliver a positive / organized / engaging onboarding experience which supports successful integration to the Company Coordinate pre-employment activities (background checks, employment verifications, new-hire documentation, etc.) Process new-hire, employment-change, and termination documentation accurately Provide administrative and reporting support for firmwide resource or staffing needs Maintain accurate & confidential personnel records and employee data across people systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle Own the administration of people data changes in the HRIS (ADP), including employee updates, audits, record maintenance, and process documentation Assist with employment compliance obligations (prepare required filings, maintain supporting documentation, respond to audit requests, etc.) Assist with preparation of payroll & benefits reports; Respond to routine employee payroll & benefits inquiries Talent Acquisition: Work with leaders to refine job descriptions for approved requisitions; Post updated descriptions to the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Review applications, conduct virtual screenings, summarize candidate notes, and own candidate presentation process working collaboratively with hiring managers across business areas Coordinate follow up virtual and onsite interviews with key decision makers and qualified candidates of interest Draft employment offers, conduct candidate background-checks, and perform routine maintenance of applicant tracking system (ATS) recruitment dashboard Support Human Resources initiatives (annual performance review cycle, merit planning, open enrollment, training & development programs, and other Company-wide talent initiatives through coordination / tracking / reporting / administrative support) Qualifications – Human Resources Generalist / People & Organization Generalist: 1 to 3 years’ professional / progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition & Development, etc. REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience PHR or SHRM Certifications a plus Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, a plus Familiarity with the following software is a plus: ADP, Salesforce, Acumatica, Core, 3E Familiarity with AI tools including Co-pilot Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet recurring deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow processes through completion #J-18808-Ljbffr
