Clinically Licensed Therapist

Seeking a Clinically Licensed Therapist with a Master's Degree or higher (a MUST), plus Supervisory experience, preferred. TSG [The Sibley Group] is a private group psychotherapy practice in Washington, DC, specializing in child, teen, adult/parent, couples/family therapy with 3 locations and over 20 therapists. We aim to do three things well: 1) Hire therapists who want to be GREAT! 2) Employ therapists who are so good that we’d trust them with our loved ones’ care, and 3) Provide high-quality, specialized services to everyone in the family. Founded by Allison Sibley, PhD, MSW, LICSW, TSG has almost 30 years of experience in play therapy, teen work, and family/couples/parent treatment. Eligibility: a clinically licensed therapist with experience in child/teen psychotherapy, parent work, and family or couples therapy. Preferred candidates have prior experience providing play therapy to children (APT‑approved training—RPT: Registered Play Therapist, or RPT‑S: Registered Play Therapist‑Supervisor preferred) and/or psychotherapy with teens. Ideal applicants seek to build a high‑quality practice, develop professional skills in a team environment, and pursue clinical leadership opportunities within a group practice. This position is primarily in‑person (50%+), with some opportunity to work remotely. Therapists provide sessions after school and in the evening.
