Position Summary:

As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently assembling high-quality electrical and mechanical systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will work from written instructions, inspect completed parts, and safely operate production equipment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing experience who take pride in quality, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Build assemblies to print, including laying out and physically mounting devices to assemblies, wiring to print and OHM testing panels to ensure that it is built according to print.  Must be able to interpret electrical schematics with the assistance of electricians.
• Read, understand, and utilize engineering and manufacturing documents, including bill of material, assembly drawings, assembly work instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams.
• Ensure a high level of quality by completing required in-process quality checks and escalating non-conformances to appropriate resources.
• Follow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required and withing the required specifications.
• Complete and maintain all required documentation necessary in the operation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.  
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely; this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent  
• 1-year of wiring experience is preferred
• Proficient use of hand and power tools is required
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience for receiving and issuing products.  
• Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.  
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams preferred.  
• Ability to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work for extended periods while standing, bending, reaching, using hands and fingers, and lifting

Schedule:

• 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM  

Compensation:

• $20.00 - $32.94 per hour
