Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, ensuring high-quality mental health support tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients, with documented progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with best practices.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Bid Bridge Balance & Growth Counseling, you will primarily work with adults (aged 18 and older) who face a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele includes diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those seeking support for men's mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the State of Illinois.
