What you will need:* Education: + Graduate from an accredited school of nursing* Certification/License: + IL RN License + CPR BLS through American Heart Association + ACLS through American Heart Association + PALS through American Heart Association within 3 mths of start* Experience: + Prefer at least one year of experience as a staff nurse. + Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills. + Communicates effectively and if experienced RN, is able to guide and supervise nursing personnel. + Required: Reliable transportation for floating**Benefits (For full time or part time positions):*** Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
