The Pharmacy Systems Specialist is responsible for all sales activities within their assigned territory, driving growth of CAPS 503B products and B. Braun's generic injectable drug portfolio by supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Essential Duties * Grow and manage sales of CAPS 503B and B. Braun generic injectable drugs within your territory. * Manage existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. * Build relationships with hospital pharmacy customers and key stakeholders. * Understand customer needs and position the value of B. Braun products. * Maintain a strong pipeline to achieve sales goals. * Stay organized with account updates, reporting, and territory planning. Qualifications (Education & Experience) Required: * Bachelor's degree * Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience * Valid driver's license (travel required) Preferred: * Experience selling into hospital pharmacy environments. * Experience working with IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare systems. * Background in injectable drugs, IV therapy, or related products. * Proven ability to grow accounts and develop new business.
