Operational Leadership & Accountability Lead branch recruiting operations, ensuring sourcing, screening, and placements meet client demand and business goals. Optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, fill rates, and consistency. Monitor candidate pipelines and workforce trends, prioritizing high-volume and critical openings. Coach and develop Staffing Specialists and Talent Coordinators in recruiting, compliance, and ATS best practices. Ensure recruiting accuracy, compliance, documentation standards, and effective use of ATS systems. Partner with clients and internal teams to align workforce strategies with hiring needs and market conditions. Oversee recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings, social media outreach, and community engagement. Use data and reporting to improve fill rates, time-to-fill, retention, and overall service quality. Manage operational, safety, compliance, unemployment, and payroll-related processes and escalations. Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, conduct site visits, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities. Talent Leadership & Workforce Strategy Oversee end-to-end recruitment execution, including sourcing, screening, placement, and retention. Lead open-order strategy meetings to ensure timely follow-up and progress on all requisitions. Drive sourcing and workforce planning strategies to support changing client demands. Monitor key metrics including fill rate, time-to-fill, retention, and gross margin; implement improvements as needed. Support field talent performance management and escalates issues appropriately. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training, feedback, and regular one-on-one meetings. Partner with branch leadership to implement recruiting, marketing, and talent attraction strategies. Client Partnership & Business Growth Build strong client relationships by understanding operations, workforce needs, and business goals. Ensure accurate order management, ATS compliance, and documentation standards. Partner with Sales and Market Leadership to prioritize openings and support business growth. Drive headcount expansion through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent execution. Serve as a key client contact, managing workforce needs and ensuring timely updates and follow-through. Champion CoWorx's Three S's: Service, Sales, and Speed. Conduct client and prospect site visits to assess operations, safety, and service effectiveness. Analyze workforce and recruiting data to identify trends, improve performance, and anticipate client needs. Collaborate with corporate partners to maintain compliance, operational excellence, and brand standards. Support unemployment and Workers’ Compensation processes while ensuring risk mitigation and compliance. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, operations, sales, or a related field. Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of building and growing client relationships. Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills. Highly responsive, engaged, and customer-service focused. Collaborative team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared goals. Resourceful self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing tools. Strong organizational, planning, time management, and analytical skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
