Senior Project Manager – Mechanical ConstructionSeeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial mechanical construction projects in Maui. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for schedule, budget, field coordination, procurement, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and fire protection projectsOversee budgets, forecasting, schedules, manpower, and cost controlManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and project documentationCoordinate field teams, subcontractors, GCs, owners, and vendorsLead equipment procurement, buyout, and long-lead planningEnsure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and contract requirementsQualifications:7+ years of Project Management or Construction Management experienceStrong commercial mechanical/MEP construction backgroundExperience with HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and/or fire protectionFederal project experience, including USACE or NAVFAC, preferredFamiliarity with FAR contracting requirements is a plusStrong project financials, leadership, and client communication skillsConstruction management software experience; Autodesk Build or similar preferredOahu, Hawaii gpac
