What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality client support through email, phone, and virtual communication, researching questions and resolving issues within established service levels and performance goals.
• Build strong working knowledge of the supported product, processes, and industry practices while quickly learning new tools and technologies.
• Manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously, including CRM platforms and support queues, while maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaborate with team leaders on solutions that enhance the overall client experience.
• Support team success by handling special projects, maintaining organized data, and mentoring less experienced team members.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing service or support

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication skills: will be working with MANY stakeholders. 
• Must be able to have good quick thorough conversations (verbal and written).
• Second level Support experience - not simple first level questions in a call center.
• Previous Support Experience on a frontline or sales support 
• Experience with Expense Reporting or similar tools
• Experience with AI tools to enhance customer support activities 
• Previous Payroll experience
