Therapist - Co-Occurring MH & SUD- Remote

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health and substance use needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support client recovery and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to coordinate care for clients.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about co-occurring disorders and available resources.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client care and share best practices with colleagues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid state licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
• Experience working with clients who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Experience with evidence-based practices for treating dual diagnoses.
• Experience collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Experience providing direct client-facing therapy or behavioral health care.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 per year
