2nd Shift Mixer Operator 

Location: Hickory, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking 2nd Shift Mixer Operator for a heavy manufacturing position located in Hickory, NC. This is a physically demanding role that requires repetitive lifting and the ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with industrial mixing equipment.

• Measure, load, and mix materials according to production requirements.

• Repeatedly lift and handle 25–50 lb. bags for extended periods of time.

• Follow work instructions, formulas, and established production procedures.

• Monitor materials and equipment throughout the mixing process.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Work independently while meeting daily production expectations.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 25–50 lbs. throughout the shift.

• Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
