We look forward to hearing from you!Position Summary:The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for day-to-day HR Operations and providing support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to foster a positive work environment.Position Responsibilities:Employee RelationsServe as first point of contact for employees such as addressing concerns, payroll and benefits inquiries, leaves of absence, immigration and mobility, and providing guidance on HR-related issues.Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations matters, mediating conflicts, and implementing solutions.Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints in accordance with company policies.Responsible for HR operations of employee lifecycle experience from onboarding to offboarding.Promote, manage and maintain employee relations programs and drive employee engagement.Partner with benefits consultants to resolve any claims and coverage issues.Performance ManagementSupport the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues and documentation.Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.Employee Development and TrainingCoordinate and deliver employee training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.Identify training needs and work with managers to develop and implement employee development plans.Maintain training records and track employee progress.Compliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Assist with report generation, maintenance and distribution.In partnership with HR team, draft, maintain, and keep up to date all HR policies to ensure compliance.Communicate and inform key stakeholders of all legislative changes and support with implementation of any changes are required.Other DutiesParticipate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.Support the HR functional teams in the planning, implementation, execution and roll-out of HR programs and processes.Assist with local event planning and recognition programs.Provide support to the HR team and other departments as needed.Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Ability to communicate verbally and written in English is a nice to have.Position Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.Experience:3-5 Years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position.Disclaimer : This list does not represent all physical demands.
