- ab sofort - Vollzeit - unbefristet - mobiles Arbeiten teilweise möglich - Kurzbeschreibung - Zweck der Position Verantwortlich für das globale strategische Marketing und das Portfoliomanagement von Enteralen Ernährungsprodukten innerhalb des Segments Nutrition Systems. Die Stelleninhaberin bzw. der Stelleninhaber fungiert als globale Vertretung der Market Units, medizinischer Fachkräfte und der Patienten innerhalb der MedTech Organisation. Entwicklung von Produktideen, Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung, Erstellung von Marketingstrategien, Leitung von Produkteinführungen sowie Management der Produkte über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Hauptaufgaben Entwicklung einer globalen Produkt- und Marketingstrategie für das Segment Nutrition Systems unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Ziele und patientenzentrierter Aspekte Leitung und Unterstützung von Projekten zur Erweiterung und Optimierung des jeweiligen Produktportfolios Koordinierte Projektabstimmung mit R&D sowie Vertrieb (Regionen und Märkte) bei der Implementierung von Produktänderungen und Produktneuheiten Beobachtung des Marktumfelds sowie Benchmarking von Wettbewerbern und Konkurrenzprodukten Erstellung und Kommunikation von Benutzeranforderungen (User Needs) und Unterstützung der Usability-Arbeit (Handhabungstest, formative & summative Studien) in Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern, KOLs und Vertrieb Unterstützung und Koordination von Business-Case-Analysen (Forecasts, Produktkosten, Investitionskosten, Zeitpläne) Planung und Umsetzung globaler Produkteinführungen in Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Marketing- und Trainingsmaterialien Nachverfolgung der Marktentwicklung und des Produkterfolgs nach Markteinführung Zentrale Ansprechperson für produktbezogene Anwendungsinformationen gegenüber R&D, Regulatory, Quality- und Medical-Affairs-Teams Erfahrung und Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer Life-Science-Disziplin (z.B. Ernährung, Biologie, Pharmazie, Medizin) und/oder berufliche Qualifikation bzw. Erfahrung in Pflege oder Medizin Vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld der Gesundheits- oder Medizintechnikbranche Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Ausgeprägte wirtschaftliche Denkweise, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen Internationale Reisebereitschaft Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation - as of now - full-time - unlimited - mobile working partly possible - Job purpose: Responsible for global strategic marketing and portfolio management of enteral products within our Nutrition Systems Segment. The position holder serves as the global representative of Market Units, healthcare professionals, and patients within the MedTech organization. Develops product ideas, supports product development, creates marketing strategies, leads product launches, and manages products throughout their entire lifecycle. Main accountabilities: Develop a global product and marketing strategy for the Nutrition Systems Segment, balancing business objectives with patient‑centric considerations Lead and support projects related to the expansion and optimization of the respective product portfolio Coordinate project alignment with Regulatory, R&D and Sales (regions and markets) during the implementation of product changes and new product introductions Monitor market environment and benchmark competitors and competitive products Identify, analyze, and document customer requirements (user requirements) for new products and concepts in an international context, in alignment with users, KOLs, Market Units, and regions Conduct and coordinate business case analyses (forecasts, product costs, investment costs, timelines) Plan and execute global product launches in coordination with all stakeholders, and support the development of corresponding marketing and training materials Monitor market developments and product performance post‑launch Drive constant organic growth and sales performance through commercial alignment with regions and key markets Experience and Qualification University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a Life Science discipline (e.g., Nutrition, Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine), and/or professional experience or qualification in Nursing/Medicine Experience in an international environment within the healthcare industry preferred Fluent in English, both written and spoken Strong MS office skills Strong project management capabilities Strong business mindset, excellent communication skills and assertiveness Willingness to travel internationally Team-oriented mindset and high level of motivation #J-18808-Ljbffr Fresenius SE & Co.
