Large format Print Production Assistant | Learn a Skilled Trade

Job Description

Job Description

COME GROW WITH US

If you like working with your hands and love seeing a project go from a blank file to a finished piece people notice, this could be a great fit.

We are a family-run large-format printing company in Kearny Mesa, and we’ve been creating wraps, murals, signage, and branded environments across San Diego for over 21 years. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Print Assistant to join our small, close-knit team. We’d love to start someone right away.

You don’t need to be an expert. If you’re curious, dependable, and ready to learn a real trade, we’ll teach you the rest.

What your day might look like

• Helping run large-format prints and graphics
• Cutting, trimming, laminating, and finishing materials
• Squeegeeing and applying vinyl
• Getting finished pieces ready for installation
• Packaging and shipping orders
• Pitching in wherever the shop needs a hand

What makes you a great fit

• You enjoy hands-on work and don’t mind being on your feet
• You take pride in doing things well and pay attention to the details
• You’re reliable, positive, and have a strong work ethic
• You’re a good listener who’s willing to learn (experience is a bonus, but not required)
• You have a valid driver’s license
• You’re looking for a place to build a long-term future

What we offer

• Pay: $19 to $20 per hour to start - during training
• Raises based on performance and growth
• Bonuses
• 401(k)
• Health insurance coming soon
• Real training and the chance to pick up new skills
• A friendly, family atmosphere where your work truly matters
• The opportunity to grow

We’re a cozy team, and we treat people like family. As we grow, you’ll be part of building something, not just clocking in.

How to apply
Please send us:

1. Your resume
2. Your phone number
3. The date you’re available to start

We can’t wait to hear from you!
