Sales Administrator

Job Title: Administrative Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role requires strong clerical skills, effective time management, and proficiency in various office management tasks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an efficient work environment while assisting with daily administrative duties. Compensation Pay Range: $14.00/yr - $15.00/yr This range is provided by Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management. Manage phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct inquiries appropriately. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels. Prepare reports and presentations, ensuring materials are organized and visually appealing. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing files and records. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar clerical role is preferred. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office management practices is advantageous.
