The Director's deputy and the members' personal touchpoint — reservations, requests, recognition, and arrival logistics delivered with quiet hospitality. The Assistant makes membership feel effortless and steps in for the Director on the floor.

• Manage member reservations, requests, and arrival recognition; maintain member profiles with discretion.
• Support events and daily Club operations; act as manager-on-duty in the Director's absence.
• Coordinate with Club service and culinary on visit and event logistics.
• Anticipate member needs; resolve requests gracefully and confidentially.

• 2+ years concierge, host, or VIP-service experience in luxury hospitality.
• Warm, polished, and exceptionally organized; comfort with reservation and CRM systems.
• Sound judgment and absolute discretion.

• Illinois BASSET (alcohol) — REQUIRED. Valid BASSET certification after any shift that involves selling, serving, or checking ID for alcohol, and no later than 30 days after hire (company policy; statute allows 120); renew every 3 years.
• Illinois Food Handler — REQUIRED. ANAB-accredited food-handler certificate within 30 days of hire; renew every 3 years. (Waived for holders of a current CFPM.)

$65,000 to $80,000 per year, paid as an annual salary (market-aligned). The final offer is confirmed in writing. This position is eligible for a performance bonus as a component of total compensation.
