About the Position

The role of Account Coordinator is to provide exceptional project management support/service to account executives, managers, the creative team and clients. The ideal candidate will help ensure success by fostering good working relationships, providing timely responses to inquiries and requests, always maintaining an open, clear line of communication, and remaining current on industry and client trends. The Account Coordinator position is a steppingstone to the many duties of an Account Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Minimal direct client interaction, supports team in client communication preparation as needed
\n
• Maintains basic working knowledge of industry and assigned client(s)
\n
• Ensures all program details are captured and communicated accurately
\n
• Monitors timelines & project status across multiple projects; supports program execution tasks for team
\n
• Delivers internal communication focused on timeliness, clarity and attention to detail
\n
• Demonstrates qualities of an overall team player, proactively pitch in and support various functions and needs of the business
\n
• Supports updates to team reports including master timeline, program checklist(s), and client status documents
\n
• Supports team on pulling financial data to inform reports acquisition
\n
• Other duties as assigned
\n

Requirements and Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field; 1-2 years project management experience preferred; marketing or agency experience is a plus
\n
• Strong desire to develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Consumer, Experiential, and Shopper Marketing
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
\n
• Embodies an entrepreneurial spirit while supporting company goals and initiatives
\n
• Proactive, dedicated team player with a commitment to foster collaboration
\n
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Flexible and adaptable to change with the ability to pivot based on client or business need

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Physical Demands
