We are presently in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH

At OverDrive, we believe reading can change the world and our Content Partnerships team plays an important role in making sure great digital content gets where it needs to go. We're looking for an Account Coordinator who is organized, curious, collaborative, and excited to be part of that process.

In this role, you'll help support our publisher and content supplier relationships while keeping the operational side of the business running smoothly. Your days will be varied and hands-on, including:

• Managing and responding to publisher and supplier inquiries, routing opportunities, and supporting onboarding and content requests.
• Working in Salesforce to create and maintain account records, set up suppliers, update opportunities, and keep information accurate.
• Researching potential publishers and suppliers and helping determine which opportunities may be a good fit for OverDrive.
• Supporting content transfers, special programs, internal requests, and team projects.
• Preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, notes, and executive summaries.
• Helping coordinate a few of our industry trade shows we attend each year, including schedules, publisher meetings, reports, and event logistics.

You are a natural communicator who knows how to keep people informed, pay attention to details, ask good questions, and aren't afraid to dig in and find an answer. You can juggle multiple priorities, learn new systems quickly, and enjoy working with both internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with experience in areas such as customer service, communications, project coordination, digital media, or administrative support. Familiarity with Salesforce or other business systems is a plus, but just as important are strong organizational skills, curiosity, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn.
