What You Bring Prior experience as a home-care scheduler, staffing coordinator, or dispatcher (health-care environment preferred). Tech savvy with agency scheduling platforms and Microsoft Office. Eagle-eye attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Empathy and diplomacy—you handle urgent calls with a calm, caring tone.
