Responsibilities: • • Welcome patients warmly and ensure their initial experience is positive and reassuring. • Accurately collect and input patient information into our system, maintaining confidentiality at all times. • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. • Answer patient inquiries with empathy and provide clear, helpful information about our services. • Verify insurance details and assist patients with understanding their coverage and payment options. • Collaborate with team members to streamline intake processes and enhance patient satisfaction. • Monitor and manage patient records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date for seamless care delivery. Qualifications: • • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role. • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and team members. • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic office software. • Ability to verify insurance details and explain coverage options clearly to patients. • Experience in coordinating appointments and managing patient flow efficiently in a clinical environment. Compensation: $33,000 yearly
