Senior Product Manager

What you can expect

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Workvivo team. In this role, you'll focus on deeply understanding our customers and defining the right problems to solve. You'll lead discovery efforts to uncover meaningful opportunities, validate assumptions, and ensure we deliver impactful solutions. You'll bring AI-first thinking to our product strategy, shaping how we apply emerging technologies to elevate employee experience.

As part of Workvivo (a Zoom company), you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, ensuring our product vision is informed by real-world insights and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and problem definition, ensuring we focus on the most valuable opportunities for our customers and business.

• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover needs and shape hypotheses.

• Integrate AI-first thinking into product strategy and design, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user experience.

• Partner with engineering and design to co-create solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our product vision.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to capture feedback and ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.

• Stay ahead of industry and technology trends, especially in AI and employee engagement platforms.

• Define success metrics and ensure we learn and adapt through experimentation and iteration.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in product management with a proven ability to drive discovery and deliver impactful products.

• Strong skills in research, customer interviews, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.

• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies in SaaS products.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Solid understanding of modern product development processes (Agile, Scrum).

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.

• Track record of successful product launches and measurable business impact.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$98,900.00

Maximum:

$228,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
