Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Temporary (5-6+ Months)
Compensation: $30-$35/hr DOE

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Part-Time Payroll & Benefits Administrator for a manufacturing client in the Southlake area. This role is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, administering employee benefits, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance for a workforce of approximately 130 employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in ADP payroll processing, payroll administration, benefits administration, and payroll compliance who are looking for a flexible part-time schedule and meaningful work.

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using ADP
• Review, audit, and reconcile employee time records for payroll accuracy
• Generate payroll reports and support payroll-related documentation
• Assist with employee benefits administration and enrollment activities
• Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries
• Support payroll compliance, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Maintain accurate employee payroll and benefits data

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience
• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems required
• Experience reviewing timekeeping records and payroll reports
• Benefits administration experience preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
