Briarwood Ford is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Master Technician to join our team in Saline, MI. In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise to provide top-notch vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. You will work closely with our service team to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
• Lead by example, mentoring and training junior technicians to enhance overall team performance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and dealership policies.
• Stay current with latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Technician with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repair.
• Relevant certifications (such as ASE Master Technician) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
