Treasury Operations Support Specialist (Bank)

Cerritos, CA (On-Site 100%)

We are hiring a Treasury Operations Support Specialist to help the bank’s back-office team.
This job is not customer-facing. You will help with paperwork, reports, and follow-ups.

Where you will work

• Location: Cerritos, CA
• Work setting: 100% on-site (you must come into the office)

Schedule and length

• Hours: 4–5 hours per day
• Job length: 3–6 months
• Start: ASAP

Pay

• $34 per hour

What you will do (daily tasks)

• Check “callback” reports to make sure they are complete
• Look for missing information and possible issues
• Track what is still not finished and follow up with the right teams
• Help with daily reports for Treasury services
• Do other administrative support tasks for the Treasury Operations team

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years of banking experience
• Experience with back-office / operations work is a plus
• You pay close attention to details
• You follow up well and keep tasks moving
• You can work on-site in Cerritos every workday
