Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate records of treatments and responses to therapy.
• Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback, setting and redefining therapeutic goals as necessary.
• Advise patients on the use of assistive devices, ensuring proper fitting and training to promote independence in daily activities.
• Provide educational training and resources to patients, their caregivers, and other healthcare team members to optimize recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Stay current with industry best practices by attending workshops and engaging in professional development opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits
