General Manager

Heirloom Hospitality is looking for a General Manager to lead Townhouse Birmingham. For over 15 years, Townhouse has been a gathering place in the heart of Birmingham. We’re looking for a leader who knows their guests, takes pride in the details, and can bring fresh energy to its next chapter.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building relationships with guests and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll lead a restaurant that changes with the seasons, finding creative ways to grow the business while delivering a thoughtful, consistent guest experience year-round.

What you’ll own

• Lead daily operations and set clear standards for service, hospitality, cleanliness, and execution.

• Coach and develop managers and team members, building a culture of accountability, support, and pride in the work.

• Partner with culinary and beverage leaders to keep the experience relevant, consistent, and true to Townhouse.

• Build relationships with regulars, new guests, and the Birmingham community.

• Own the business: labor, inventory, ordering, sales, and profitability. Spot issues early and follow through on solutions.

• Work with the team to make the most of peak season and create reasons for guests to return year-round.

Who you are

• An experienced restaurant leader with a track record of developing teams and running a strong business.

• A natural host who is present, approachable, and attentive to the guest experience.

• Comfortable leading through the pace and demands of a high-volume, seasonal restaurant.

• Confident with restaurant financials and willing to get into the details behind the numbers.

• Passionate about food, beverage, and creating a place people want to come back to.
