Quality Technicians

This position will report to the Director of Quality and act as a Grand Prairie Quality representative. Work Schedule: M-TH 6:00 – 4:30 Friday: Mandatory OT: 6:00-4:30 Sat: OT as needed on a rotating schedule Hourly Rate: 22.00 / hr Responsibilities: Ability to self-start and work with little or no supervision. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other Quality tools. Ability to work under tight time constraints and deadlines. Must have Microsoft office experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer drawings. Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management and production staff. Work closely with production to resolve Quality issues. Work with the Quality Supervisor /Manager on Corrective Actions, customer issues, non-conforming material, and supplier issues. Additional experience as a PLUS! Experience completing FAI’s on time to meet customer requirements Previous Quality experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
